Looking for a flavour that’s a little out of the ordinary? I offer a range of distinctive fillings, flavourings, and preserves to help you create your perfect combination — think toasted coconut macadamia, sesame brittle. There are so many more flavours of brittle, gel inserts and silk crème!

Please note: all of my cakes are covered in white chocolate ganache as standard for flavour, freshness and stability (excluding naked/semi-naked cakes. Other options are available on request.
